In order to ensure your order is processed swiftly, please quote your customer reference number when ordering.
Important note: Orders placed at different times throughout the day are handled as separate orders and will be dispatched individually. We will make every attempt to accommodate customers by combining daily deliveries but this cannot be guaranteed.
In the event of an item being unavailable at the time the order was placed, items will be reserved on backorder unless otherwise requested and dispatched upon availability.
Delivery
The following delivery options are available:
United Kingdom
All orders above £50 are automatically sent by royal mail special delivery which is guaranteed to arrive to you before 1pm the next day. Unless otherwise requested orders below the value of £50 will be sent recorded delivery. This can take between 2-3 working days.
Ireland and other international destinations
All orders are automatically sent by international registered post.
If required more promptly, orders can also be sent by fedex and will be charged accordingly.
Customer Pick up
To save on postage costs, you also have an option to pick up your goods from our showroom. Please place your order at least 2 hours before collecting.
Visiting Our Showroom
To view a further range that goes beyond the scope of this catalogue, we welcome visits to our showroom at: 10 St. Cross Street, Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8UB.
Opening times are 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. On Fridays in the winter we are open 9.30am - 1.30pm. We are also open most Sundays, please call to confirm.
Many of our customers visit our showroom regularly to take advantage of special discounts on one off lines and to be the first to view our exciting new lines which we receive daily. By coming down you can also get special discounts for large stock orders and Christmas buys. Please call to book an appointment before your first visit - this is strictly for security reasons.
